                        士林官邸坐落於士林區中山北路5段與福林路口東南側

                        原來是園藝管理所（前身為士林園藝實驗分所）的一部份

                        在國民政府遷台後1950年時 先總統蔣中正先生的官邸便設於此

                        從此士林官邸便成為台北市民眼中神聖神秘且不可親近的禁地

                        在經過46年的嚴密護衛 民主的潮流使士林官邸在1996年正式開放

                        成為遊客們在假日時的另一去處

                        官邸由外而內分為外花園 內花園 正房

                        外花園中有溫室盆栽區（栽培蘭花為主）

                        而旁邊的玫瑰園區（栽培玫瑰為主）也是花團錦簇

                        玫瑰園盛開的時期是在3月到5月 是蔣夫人最愛的玫瑰花園

                        官邸內處處鳥語花香 景觀清幽雅靜
